one of the ways I do career consultation which is really energy draining is when I look at a chart I try to become that chart through meditation, I see your ascendant and all your planets and then I image, okay, who is this person and what have they experienced, through which it will give me a clear idea of what you should do. Sometime I even image getting physically and verbally abused as you must have experienced. One of my gurus did consultation in the same way. Its not the easiest but its the best. You experience the person first, walk in their shoe then advice them a new shoe to wear. This is why each consultation takes time and this is why I only do handful a day. Try this for a practice, Libra ascendant, Venus in 12th house with Mars and Ketu within 5 degrees with Ketu holding the lowest degree, Moon in 4th house. Meditate what this person might have gone through since birth. This is where intuition also comes into play. Then you move to each planet and so on.
