Saboor Ahmed Qadar مَا أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي أَنفُسِكُمْ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مِّن قَبْلِ أَن نَّبْرَأَهَا ۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ No calamity befalls on the earth or in yourselves but is inscribed in the Book of Decrees -- (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz), before We bring it into existence. Verily, that is easy for Allah Al-Hadid 57:22 کوئی مصیبت ملک پر اور خود تم پر نہیں پڑتی مگر پیشتر اس کے کہ ہم اس کو پیدا کریں ایک کتاب میں (لکھی ہوئی) ہے۔ (اور) یہ (کام) اللهِ کو آسان ہے ALSO, 64:11 At-Taghābun مَا أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۗ وَمَن يُؤْمِن بِاللَّهِ يَهْدِ قَلْبَهُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ No disaster strikes except by permission of Allah . And whoever believes in Allah - He will guide his heart. And Allah is Knowing of all things. Urdu کوئی مصیبت نازل نہیں ہوتی مگراللهِ کے حکم سے۔ اور جو شخص اللهِ پر ایمان لاتا ہے وہ اس کے دل کو ہدایت دیتا ہے۔ اور اللهِ ہر چیز سے باخبر ہے Allahs Messenger Salla-Allahu ‘Alayhi wa Sallam said: When Allah decrees that a person is to die in a certain land, He creates a need for him to go there. Tirmidhi , Ahmad. ALSO, The Prophet Salla-Allahu ‘Alayhi wa Sallam said, Allah has appointed an angel in the womb, and the angel says, O Lord! A drop of discharge (i.e. of semen), O Lord! a clot, O Lord! a piece of flesh. And then, if Allah wishes to complete the childs creation, the angel will say. O Lord! A male or a female? O Lord! wretched or blessed (in religion)? What will his livelihood be? What will his age be? The angel writes all this while the child is in the womb of its mother.
