so Citizens Bank just broke my heart. i went in to withdraw $220.00 and the machine started acting all wonkey when it was time to give me my money and it never spit out any cash, so i peek my head into the bank and say something to the teller about it and she says they will try to fix it... then the machine spits out a recipt and asks if i want another transaction but the money never came out! soooo i go inside n talk to the teller that says "go home and get your id and sign an affidavit. i tell her my condo fee is due and i really need the money today n she says "theres nothing i can do you need to come back in tomorrow because we cant do anything until the machine is counted at the end of the night" so they had me go back with my id for no reason! not to mention i dont get any of my money back for 3-5 business days GRRRR my condo fee is due on the 10th and its a $25 late fee... and that was alot of money... its not fair that i have to suffer because their machine screwed up! BULL COCKY! luckily with the help of family and friends i can cover it but still, shouldnt there b SOME kind of protection for someone if something like that happens!
