so heres a thought to ponder on today. I get the joy of owning my own business. If I have an employee that is having inappropriate relations with someone and I know it, or I have an employee that is beating up on his wife and i know it. What am I to do? Am I to fire them? Am I to suspend them? If I do either one of them do I open myself up to get sued? The reason I ask is because of all the hype about the NFL. I do not condone the actions of Ray Rice. I will say that we do not know the complete story. From the information that has been released, I think he is wrong period. But look at how the NFL is getting tore up about it. Rice works for the NFL. He is an employee. Dont you think that if the NFL fired him before anything was released, that the media would be hanging Goodell from the closest tree with the public right there behind them throwing stones? Just a thought...
