so, i am having a home cleaning/winterization day with me motorhome, and this lady shows up at me gate asking me if i am Timothy. i say yes and she hands me a summons and leaves. so i start reading it. it says i am being sued by a lawer for unpaid fees on a case he represented me for child support. and i start getting super pissed, cuz i had a case three years ago over a child that wasnt mine. i defended myself, i had to file a million answers and show up to court again and again with no help, in the end i won. but i did it alone all by meself. so i was freakin out over this lawer sueing me and went to the house to chew my landlords ass for sending the summons server back to me. thats when i saw the summons was for a Timothy Allen Vitale. she only asked if i was Timothy. now they think he was served. should i call the courthouse tomorrow and let them know the wrong Timothy got served??? and for the record, i am Tim, tim with a t :)
