spiritual mind treatment - I am a one in The One The One Power, Love-Intelligence, Divine Energy I call Spirit is present in me right now. It created my life as an expression of Itself, and is re-creating me in every waking moment. I am a beloved expression of this One. I focus now on my Divine Center, that still and peaceful core that is alive in me, even when I ignore It. It is the ultimate Source of my strength and my understanding. I have only to turn there to receive the guidance and the serenity I desire. For every outer condition in my life, there is a Spiritual corollary. I practice awareness of my thoughts, to see how my life reflects my consciousness. I realize that any self doubt, any blame, anxiety or sense of lack are opportunities for me to re-assert the Spiritual truth. And here I pause to breathe in the peaceful breath that sustains me. I am the chooser in my world. I hold the key to my own happiness and life satisfaction. So today I guard and direct my thoughts, knowing that my word has power. Knowing also that the Law of the Universe works for me, through me, and for my highest good always. I give thanks for this knowing and for this unfailing connection to my Source. I release my word in calm acceptance of its perfect action in my life. And so it is.
