#tbt #adoptionrocks The kids in Ashers preschool class were asked to bring a baby picture of themselves today so they could see how much they grew. These are the pics Asher took to share and were the first ones we were sent of him the day we received his referral almost 2 years ago. He was 18 months old in these pics and they are the youngest pictures we have of him. How I would love to have a newborn pic but I can imagine he was pretty cute ;-) On the way to school, we talked about how he used to be a tiny baby and now hes such a great big boy. He said, Yeah, Im growing like an oak tree! Not sure where he heard that before but I think hes right. When we met him in March of last year he weighed 19 pounds and wasnt even on the charts. Hes now 32 pounds and in the 25th percentile. Still little but making big strides. Big like an oak tree ;-)
