thats really some procedure in govt. work system in India. spent at least 4 months for a driving license. paid application fee, learners license fee, lamination fee, license fee, parking fee, pasting fee (a dude at the riding test ground pasted red tapes in L shape) - today paid card fee. dont know if there is staple fee, xerox fee, writing fee, waiting fee, tea fee, cigerate fee etc! one of my friend who has driving license in america told me that it took only a couple of hours to have it, i hope procedures are fast in other countries too but i am sure our govt willingly elongate this system to encourage brokers or agents so that the personnel associated get something extra, isnt so?
