theres only one thing that i gained equally from my mom and dad....and thats my determination. guess it could be termed stubborn, bull-headed, whatever. when someone tells me i cant do something or that i shouldnt do something.....thats when im gonna do it. mom told me tonight not to walk down a steep hill to the church entrance. i was on crutches and wearing heels. yeah, will i did. and then i walked back up afterwards. and decorating my tree all by myself on one leg. yeah, well i did it. my work peeps know that i NEVER ask for help. eh....fine line between being humble and being independent. i remember times when my pain has been so bad that ive literally prayed each step to make it to where i was going. but i did it. where theres a will, im gonna find a way. granted, my stubbornness may get the best of me one day, but i only got to where i am today due to my determination and stubbornness. ultimate goal of mine: inspire others. never give up. never ever ever. keep going. push through. we have one life. LIVE IT and LOVE IT!!!!
