thoughts from tonights workout.......... if your gonna drop your water bottle before you ve even started to drink from it, make sure when it falls half the water empties out and it lands upside so the part you drink from is covered in dirt and pebbles and shit........other than that I HAD A GREAT RUN... 9 .23 km wth six RELAXATION sprints....... wich is a balls faced lie ......there not relaxing at all........ I worked hard tonight and it was a quality one. it was nice to have one of these with all the shit ones that I have been encountering. that s training right, you got to take your successes and improvements when they come. I learned I had to chunk it down. I was trying to run too fast for long periods wich I wasn t ready for , so when I switched it and shortened my intervals or sprints or whatever I started to feel like I was getting some quality hard workouts rather than , putting the effort and speed and distance so high that I was faltering , petering out before the end of it. and leaving my runs , frustrated, upset and well some days damn well defeated. It was hot , the company was great and there were some fast bursts in there..............very very happy
