As the report notes, traffic estimates for roads and highways in a 34-square-mile area show that the Trinity Tollroad’s construction would allow drivers to go about 2 mph faster in 2035 than they do today. And 47 percent of lane miles in that corridor will be congested regardless of whether or not the road is built.
