Let the party leaders come out to make an inviolable agreement publicly stating this.It will bring down the political temperature of APC while at the same time ensuring that Atiku will not be cold to Buharis quest. They need his money. I am not naive enough not to know that 24hrs is a long time in politics but what other options do they have to accommodate both that will make them happy?. Whether we the populace like it or not, our president come 2015 has been narrowed to a small circle of 3 who happens not to be our brightest. So I will prefer Jonathan squaring up with GMB with Atiku lining up behind him. The body language of the Minna Mafia and Owu Ebora is tilted towards GMB . Unfortunately no one can get elected without their overt consent. They have too much to lose . GMB must lobby Aliko as well cos he has a trillion naira coy on the stock exchange. You understand that now. If Aliko can be convinced , then the other smaller cats can fall in line. Atiku will be of use in this regard. I hope no one will accuse me of pandering. Before you do that I want you to give me any other alternative. You may wish to know my preference. I will just tell you that I am a full blooded Yoruba Nigerian and since all politics is local , I have sympathy for the APC and my role model is Fashola for the force of his intellect. Left to poor me I will gladly go bankrupt to see him in Aso rock. Wishful thoughts as long as the Generals are still alive and kicking. What do you think
