we seem to have a new resident sharing our home...one who needs to choose another site! does anyone know a humane way of removing a very tiny mouse? she arrived the night of the strange 4a rain and set up housekeeping in the toe of my most ancient gym shoe (which i keep under the bed for quick earthquake exiting). thought shed departed when i cleaned the shoe and sprinkled herbs in the area. luncheon guests saw her dashing down the hall to my room on thursday. this morning, ken heard her rustling about around dawn. i have no intention of inflicting pain/causing suffering. i would like her to live in my sanctuary, with the rest of the wild things, since i know that she will be fruitful and multiply. thought of moth balls under the book shelves but that would antagonize my allergies, i fear. any insights would be appreciated!!!!
