we were just Little ceasers pizza in davenport on west locust saw the cutest dog, he was holding up traffic, seemed unafraid & even balanced on his hind legs in front of the cars! he ran down an alley and wouldnt let anyone approach he didnt seem to have a collar on but looked well fed & a little scruffy not sure what type of dog but he had red hair, hes small probably under 25 lbs with a thick coat...maybe a pomaranian or some such anyway wanted to shout out to the public as im sure someone is looking for it so cute! hope he finds his way home
