what my wednesday was like. Wednesday morning, a United Energy Workers showed up and attempted to Wrongfully disconnect the electricity to the house.............. after standing over the pit in the ground i told them of the issue and dispute we have with SIMPLY ENERGY and we had a civil conversation and told them that im not letting them continue on with their actions and if they force the issue it will be under the WH&S act that they will breaching, they were happy to stop work, one of them came over to me as the others were getting back in the truck and thanked me for being civil and wished me a good day, as he walked off i noticed on his high vis vest the words SECURITY................ they had private security with them to disconnect the power, but he was cool and they all ended up leaving happily................ 30 minutes later the truck shows back up, head of the crew gets out stating his boss has told him to go back and cut it off and if i stopped them they will have the POLICE there to FORCE ME TO COMPLY, by this time a friend showed showed up that was giving me a lift up to attend Santoss court date in the Dandenong Magistrates court and i had a video camera charged up and ready to go, my friend offered to stay with me an witness the wrongful action and operate the video recorder........a different security guard showed up and we had a bit of a talk on why his was doing here in joining this action and tried to serve him with a response and counterclaim which would of put him in estoppel to enjoin the action......he refused to take it and looked like he was getting upset so i left his and went back to the house.......... about 30 minutes later 2 cop cars show up from FRANKSTON POLICE station they walk up to us and i asked them what they were doing here and what their course of action was, this discussion went on for approx 30 minutes and points of law were discussed relating to the issue at hand as the POLICE put a PROTECTIVE BORDER BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE WORKERS WRONGLY DISCONNECTING THE ELECTRICITY and even after agreeing ON CAMERA that this is a civil matter and they have no jurisdiction to be here in joining in this wrongful action......... i tried to walk passed them to stop the wrongful action now in process and one of them, a sergeant pushed me back assaulting me in the process, which i acknowledged as a threat and treated it with no responding force........ we went back to discussing the wrongful action they continued to stand in collaboration to force the wrongful action of a matter they had no jurisdiction to enjoin, the workers finnished their job got in the truck and left so did the cops............... preempting this i printed out a responce and counter not consenting to any action in personam and when the cops showed up i served them with one, knowing that there is an outstanding warrent out for the NAME i backed myself up with that............... the Frankston Police come back about an hour later and UNLAWFULLY ARREST Oneself for an alleged non court appearance that i was not served a summons for to attend, this too was on video for a minute, but i had to turn that off so they could FORCE RESTRAINTS on me and kidnap oneself to take to the Frankston Police station, we had a talk on the reason that the arrest was unlawful and then they force me under compulsion to sign bail while there was another officer in the room standing agreesivlly WHILST ARMED, i signed the bail in my galic calling as admin to the person and also expressing in the box the words under compulsion no consent to action in personam, they let me go and i walked an hour home..................... so i call the ENERGY AND WATER OMBUDSMAN/WOMAN and file a complaint, spoke to them for 3 hours and told them everthing including that the land has been recaimed by the tribes and not only is the resources that create the power is the tribes property so is the infucstructure that supplys it and the powerplan and they cut the power off of a tribal consulate without just casue....... the girl that took the complaint was verry nice and said that she FULLY UNDERSTOOD what i was relaying and she agreed that the elctricity is an ESSENTIAL SERVICE AND IT IS NOT ALLOUD TO BE CUT OFF........... further questioning and conversation reveiled that the OMBUDSMANS OFFICE IS A PRIVATE COMPANY and that they just handle diputes between coustomers and companys and they basically have NO ATHORITY OR POWER TO ENFORCE THE POWER COMPANYS TO ACT IN ANY WAY, and unless i have a contract with the energy provider they cant help me............ then they went on to advise me to CONTRACT WITH SIMPLY ENERGY AND PAY THEM MONEY BEFORE THEY COULD HELP ME with the despute............. which i declind to do so because THIS IS WHY THE POWER IS BEING CUT OFF, SIMPLY ENERGY HAVE OVER THE LAST 12 MONTHS TRYED TO USE EXTORTION WITH THREATS TO DAMAGE TO FORCE ME INTO CONTRACT WITH SIMPLY ENERGY which i have declined on many times and now SIMPLY ENERGY have used THE POLICE FORCE AND PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY TO FORCE THIS WRONGFUL DISCONECTION OF AN ESSENTURAL SERVICE ON THE VERGE OF 4/5 DAYS OF 38-41 DEGRESE HEAT WITH A CHILD IN THE HOUSE AND A WIFE THAT HAS A HEART MONOTOR IN TIMES OF NEED.... WITHOUT JUST CAUSE..........HOWEVER I WONT GO UNHEARD THEY CAN NOT SILENCE ME.......... with a borrowed $99 750watt GMC generator powering my computer i write this in protest and ask friends to share this post around so the country can see what has become of us.............. YOU HAVE NO PORT OF CALL ANY MORE PRIVATE INTERESTS CONTROL EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE OMBUDSMANS OFFICE and it would not surprised me that the POWER COMPANIES OWN THE PRIVATE COMPANY TRADING AS THE OMBUDSMANS OFFICE so as to fend of any wrongful action they have created with their companies. so friends i shall only be on for a hour or so a day or until the petrol runs out in the generator.
