who can challenge contract policy ? one who are eligible for that post and donot take part in that test , firstly challenge the advertisement of hppsc,hpsssb on or before 31 january 2015 in high court ,after that in tribunal shimla on the ground of writ that advertise voilate article 309 of constitution , who will come forward to eradicate this contract policy which was sh dhumal changed regular recruitment and promotion rule 1972 and spoiled golden life of himachali youths for the name of govt job
