worked at both the bookstore and the farm today; found a really nice outfit mom might like to wear for christmas when she starts going back to a church i grew up in ... i dropped by the center & dropped the outfit off to her ... we were making plans for wed late afternoon when she pulled out her mothers diamond engagement ring and just gave it to me. she already gave me dads class ring ... it is a very zen ring, cost $33.75 back in the later 1800s or early 1900s ... i even have the paper proof of it being real and that it came form montgomery wards ... how many people remember that store ... i was going to put it on my ancestor altar with dads ring bur felt i should wear it instead ... since i work retail it can keep unwanted advances away from me ... i was very surprised, i wore it for about 20 minutes and suddenly i felt and could see in my minds eye my grandmother (moms mom) -- she was smiling at me ... well am exhausted and have a very full day tomorrow ... bookstore (plus 40% off coupon sale), working at the farm and then meeting 2 delightful young women to train with ...
