"""""""""""" امريكا تستخدم المعتدلين لمواجهة الاسلام """""""""""" في تقرير صادر عن "مركز نيكسون للابحاث الاستراتيجية الامريكي" عام 2004 (احتفظ بنسخة منه) واقتبس منها التالي: ولذلك تحتاج الولايات المتحدة لوضع استراتيجية جديدة وربما أيديولوجية جديدة من شأنها أن تكون جذابة للمسلمين. هدف حزب التحرير من إيجاد هوية إسلامية عالمية لم يحقق نجاحا حقيقياً الى وقت قريب. منذ حرب العراق ، حقق حزب التحرير تقدم ملموس كمقاتل رئيسي في "حرب الأفكار". على عكس التهديد الذي يشكله الاتحاد السوفييتي، فإن عدو أميركا الجديد والاكثر مرونة وسلاسة يتطلب استجابة أيديولوجية متعددة الأوجه. مع الإسلام الراديكالي و بعد تسييسه بذكاء كبديل عملي، فإن الولايات المتحدة "وجدت نفسها في صراع حضاري". وهكذا، حين وجدت الولايات المتحدة نفسها تسعى جاهدة لحماية وطنها ضد التهديدات الإرهابية، والخطوط الأمامية للحرب تحتل مساحة ايدولوجية في العالم الاسلامي حيث يتعرض الاسلام الكلاسيكي للهجوم. يجب على الولايات المتحدة مساعدة على خلق فضاء سياسي "للمسلمين المعتدلين" بحيث التيار الرئيسي للاسلام لا يبقى في أيدي المتطرفين مثل حزب التحرير. جميع الأديان ولديها راديكاليين، ولكن في الإسلام المعاصر أصبحت لديها راديكاليين في التيار الرئيسي، ويتم دفع المعتدلين على جانبي النقاش. نظرة حزب التحرير صارخة جدا "أبيض وأسود" أن تكرار ذلك يجرؤ جميع المسلمين للاختيار بين هويتهم الإسلامية والحضارة الغربية. المفتاح لانتصار الغرب في معركة الأفكار هو نقل مفهوم للمسلمين أنهم ليسوا بحاجة لاتخاذ مثل هذا الاختيار، لأن القيم التي تعتز بها الحضارات الغربية هي نفس تلك التي تبناها الإسلام الكلاسيكي. لكسب الحرب ضد الإرهابيين وحرب الأفكار، تحتاج الولايات المتحدة و بقية حلفائها من المسلمين للتعاون، بحيث يمكن للمعتدلين استرجاع التيار الاسلامي. ان فهم ولاحقا هزيمة حزب التحرير ستكون بداية جيدة. النص الاصلي: the U.S. therefore needs to develop a new strategy and possibly a new ideology that will be attractive to Muslims. HT ’s objective of creating a transnational Islamic identity did not have much success until recently. Since the Iraq war, however, HT has made serious progress as the main combatant in the “war of ideas”. Unlike the threat posed by the Soviet Union, America’s new and more fluid enemy demands a multi-faceted, and more importantly, ideological response. With radical Islamism having undergone politicization cleverly disguised as a viable alternative, the U.S. is “caught up in a clash within a civilization”. Thus, while the U.S. finds itself scrambling to protect its homeland against terrorist threats, the war’s front lines occupy an ideological space in the Muslim world where classical Islam is under attack. The U.S. must help create political space for moderate Muslims so that mainstream Islam is no longer in the hands of the radicals such as HT . All religions have radicals, but in contemporary Islam the radicals have become the mainstream, and the moderates are pushed to the sides of the debate. HT ’s worldview is so starkly black and white that it repeatedly dares all Muslims to choose between their Islamic identities and Western civilization. The key to a Western victory on this battlefield of ideas is to convey to Muslims the nderstanding that they need not make such a choice, because the values cherished by Western civilizations are the same as those embraced by classical Islam. To win the war against terrorists and the war of ideas, the U.S. and its remaining Muslim allies need to cooperate, so that moderates can reclaim the mainstream. Understanding and subsequently defeating Hizb ut-Tahrir would be a good start.
