ఇది అన్నాతమ్ముల పంచాయితీ , ఆస్తుల పంపకాల పంచాయితీనే ! సమస్యకి పరిష్కారం చూద్దాం . పని లేక ఉన్న ప్రతిపక్షాల స్వార్థాలను తరిమి కొడదాం . ప్రబుత్వం డబ్బు లేదని తెల్చేసినప్పుడు , సంస్తలను మూత పడకుండా నడిపించే బాద్యత తీసుకున్న కాంట్రాక్ట్ ఉద్యోగుల ను తీసి వేయడం మంచిది కాదేమో! మీలో ఉన్న విద్యార్తులు కూడా వాళ్ళు పాఠాలు చెపితేనే బయట పడ్డారేమో ఆలోచించండి. నిజమే కొన్ని ప్రమాణాలు పెట్టుకుందాం కాని మొత్తానికే వారిని పక్కకు పెట్టకుండా ఎం చేస్తే బాగుంటుందో చూద్దాం . ఆంధ్రోల్లను తీసుకునేది లేదు , రోస్టర్ పాటిద్దాం. ఖాళీలు ఎక్కడ ఉంటె అక్కడికి పంపిద్దాం. అసలు పని రాని వాళ్ళ గురించి కూడా ఆలోచిద్దాం బంగారు భవిష్యత్తు కోసం కలలు కంటూ , కడుపులు మాడ్చుకుని, సంతోషాలు పక్కకు పెట్టి , పేదరికం మగ్గుతున్న కుటుంబాల కు విముక్తి కలిగించాలనే తపన పడుతున్న విద్యార్తులు కూడా ముఖ్యమే . వారికి జరగా వలసిన , రా వలసిన వాటా పై ఎటువంటి నష్టము కలుగకూడదు . ఏండ్ల కొద్ది విశ్వా విద్యాలయాలలో ఉంటూ ఉద్యోగం వచ్చిందాకా ఇంటికి పోము అని శపథం తీసుకున్న విద్యార్తులు కూడా ఉద్యమంలో భాగస్వామ్యం. ఉద్యోగాలలోనూ భాగస్వామ్యం అడగడం లో తపు లేదు . రెండూ ఆలోచిద్దాం , తొందర పడి బంగారు భవిష్యత్తు నాశనం చేసుకోవద్దు . Its fight of a family: Sharing scarce resources between brothers. Yes, Contract employees stood with system when Govt didnt have money, they helped , supported all the institutions to run the show. They spent their precious time with meager salaries and waited for long , long years. Some of you must have been a student of them. 80% of govt institutions are running with them. We mus think about them. Yes, students with empty stomachs , sitting hours together in libraries for a dream job is also important. They stood with T movement and they are the share holders of the development. They spent their years to relieve their parents from the clutches of poverty. Yes, they need job, no one can drag from them. We will follow definitely roaster system, local identity(1956), quality of work etc. Lets come to a solution but not entertain those who are sitting idle and feeling jealous of T Govt initiations. You both are important. Lets end it with understanding.
