🐾❤️✋Helping HANDS Project✋❤️🐾 Since so many people have expressed interest in the puppy that was dumped at my house overnight, Im sharing more pictures of her. I have named her Ms Teddy B since she looks like a little bear. She is about 4 weeks old. Luckily, she was introduced to the family SARR, Inc and HHP are currently helping. Ms Teddy B, Lady (Momma) her new siblings (3 paws, 4 paws, Tanner, and Bonnie) are scheduled to go to Austin Humane Society on Dec 16th. Responsible adoption procedures are very time consuming and lengthy. Because I have very strict adoption requirements, including previous and current pet medical history, home checks etc, local adoptions for my personal rescues like Ms Teddy B are very limited at this time because I dont have the help or manpower it would take for that. I currently extremely busy with my work and rescue efforts. Until I get volunteers that can do that, most of my rescues will continue to go to Austin Humane Society. Please know that we have a local city pound at the corner of Brown st and Eidson Rd that is constantly impounding stray or abandoned animals. There is definitely not a shortage of animals needing help. Please save a life and visit the pound and adopt. Dont shop for puppies on the roadside , car washes, pet stores or online . This is only helping the breeders and not the poor dogs that are used for profit!! As I start making local adoptions more available, I will let everyone know! Thanks again everyone ❤️🐾✋
