#30DayChallenge #Day19 X-Jumps: keep the core tight in a close leg squat with with butt reaching back. Touch the fingertips to the floor on the outside of your feet. Jump into the air spreading your arms and legs into an X. Bring the feet back in, landing with a bend in the knees and returning to starting position. Beginner: 10 Reps X4. Intermediate: 15 Reps X4.
