34 degrees this morning. Last night was quite a night. No Northern Lights but a neighbor called about 8:45PM and said the ambulance was on its way to his house. His blood pressure was 217/153. Stroke territory or kidney damage levels. I ran to his house and waited with him. His wife is in New Jersey with her daughter-in-law who has terminal cancer and 3 younng children the youngest is 2. So off he goes to the hospital in Glens Falls. We spoke with his wife who was concerned to say the least. At 10:45PM he called and said they discharged him after running a bunch of tests. I drove to Glens falls to pick him up. One hour and fifteen minutes each way to the hospital. Finally got to bed at 2AM. Coffee is on as I write.
