A flat calm to start the day today at Cwm Hedd, so anglers had to work a little harder, but nearly 90% took fish on a really beautiful autumn day. Top catch and release angler Roger Martyn repeated his performance of yesterday, taking one on a cats whisker and released 9, while Lee Ascroft took one and released 7 on a black and green tadpole and an intermediate line. Graham Davies, chris Jago and John parsons each took one and returned 3 Pictured on the tip of the island is regular Tom Collier, who is also in the next pic with dad Rob, each taking and returning 1 on bloodworm and cats whiskers. New to Cwm Hedd Joseph Chevrier had a great day, taking two on an orange blob. Also new to Cwm Hedd, Leighton John from Neath took one and is looking forward to his next visit, as are Stewart Woodfield from Barry and Alun Davies, who each took one. Im beginning to see a pattern emerging on Fridays as the majority of anglers were very camera shy again today lol :)
