A quick Robin Williams story that has nothing to do with travel - TopicsExpress

A quick Robin Williams story that has nothing to do with travel (and thats ok). My barber back in Norfolk, VA once saw Robin Williams walk into the mall. My barber kept a notebook of every famous person he met (and there were quite a few), so he naturally wanted Robin Williams autograph. He waited patiently off to the side in the Apple store as other people got autographs. When Robin Williams thought he had signed for everyone, his wife pointed out my barber, standing quietly off in the corner, waiting for an autograph. Robin Williams graciously walked over and signed my barbers book, making it a bit of small talk in the process. Did he have to? No. Would anyone have held it against Robin Williams if he didnt? No. Did it convince me that Robin Williams was a genuinely good person in addition to being a phenomenal actor? Absolutely. RIP Robin Williams. Tonight, the world is a little less funny, a little less clever, a little less original, a little less inventive, a little less humorous, a little less zany, a little less wacky, a little less crazy, a little less hilarious, a little less silly, and a little less bonkers without you.
