Addiction is not cancer, but it is also an illness and just as devastating and heartbreaking. It seems to me that people are more willing to help out someone who is suffering from cancer! We have now lost $1400/month in income without Kari here. This is a huge strain...we could really use some help. This is a temporary situation and we know there is a better life on the other side of rehab for Kari and her children. (I wont judge anyone giving $5 or $10. It may seem such a small amount but when grouped with others giving the same, it can change lives!) Thank you for sharing our story.
