After an online assessment,phone interview, robot interview, fake call centre assessment I made the group interview. Arrive 6pm, play team games for an hour, sit in the call centre for an hour, start individual interviews at 8 pm. There are 20 people in the group.My interview finally at 9:15 pm. Did I get the job? No. Why? Not spontaneous enough with my answers and obviously a leader not a follower. My feedback to them: dont interview people after theyve worked all day and sat around for over 3 hours waiting for you and dont use industry jargon when you know the person hasnt got a clue what youre on about. And Yes, I agree Im totally unsuited, because Ive got an opinion, and Im not a robot, lol ;-)
