Alright, I expanded the design to 8x10. The roof is still the same size and the overhang in the back is quite small. I might add an extra 24 up there to get the summer/winter sun angles perfect. All studs and joists are 2x4, 16 on center - except for the floor which is 2x6. I calculated the material list by estimated internet pricing but local lumber prices will vary. I will post the material list in the comments below. Door / Window / Insulation / Drywall prices not included. I will try to get everything finalized and make a cut list as well. Feedback welcome.
