Anyway, so you hop in your car, (truck, Isaac Bruton) and go to your favorite grocery store. You buy the following things: 1 package of fajita style flour tortillas 1 large jar of picante sauce, I use medium 1 pound of Monterrey jack cheese (yes, one pound) 1 pound of stir fry beef (not chicken) garlic vegetable oil Pour enough veggie oil into your frying pan, just covering the bottom heat the oil up until it is HOT One by one fry each tortilla, until crispy on each side--one at a time they may bubble, because of air pockets, just take a fork and pop the bubble..:p as each tortilla is finished frying, place on a plate that is covered with a paper towel, so it soaks up grease. Drain the grease out of the frying pan, except enough to sautee the beef..cook the beef until finished, and pour the picante sauce in with the beef. Just like lasagna, youre going to layer.. spray pan with cooking spray and begin layering tortilla, meat mix, cheese tortilla, meat mix, cheese tortilla, meat mix, cheese, and so on... Heat oven to 350 degrees and let it cook about 30 minutes, or until all the cheese is melted. Normally, I pour ALL the cheese that is left over, after layering, on top..so its ooey gooey.. I promise you, it tastes better than it looks!! $5.00 please...
