Apparently, The Wonder Years is finally available on DVD for a hefty price. The primary reason the price is so high is because of the music that needed to be paid for in order to include it in the DVD release. Apparently, of over 400 songs that were in the original series, all but 12 made the final cut. For those who are interested: 1. Love Theme from Romeo and Juliet ---Henry Mancini 2. Riders on the Storm ---The Doors 3. Here Comes the Sun ---Richie Havens 4. Variations on a Theme ---Blood, Sweat, and Tears 5. Light My Fire ---The Doors 6. Spinning Wheel ---Blood Sweat and Tears 7. Long May You Run ---Neil Young 8. Whatever Will Be, Will Be (Que Sera, Sera) ---(Im not sure which version was used for the show, but Im relatively certain that original songwriters Jay Livingston and Ray Evans were responsible for the lack of ability to secure the rights) 9. Tammy ---Liberace 10. Youve Made Me So Very Happy ---Blood, Sweat and Tears 11. Lets Stay Together ---Al Green 12. The Mission ---Ennio Morricone
