Are your chakras balanced? - the 6th energy centre (third eye chakra) is linked to our vision, imagination and intuition. If you are feeling confused or disorientated, then this chakra could be out of balance. You may also experience eye strain or blurred vision, headaches or other eye problems. It is through this energy centre that our soul impulse is registered and if you feel spiritually lost or directionless, you may need to heal this brow chakra. To help the balance it is important to find an appropriate method of meditation - if you are a regular meditator, then you could be over-doing it as you can overstretched the brow chakra. Start with small bouts of meditation and it is not advised to place any crystals on the brow chakra as this energy centre is super sensitive.
