“As anyone who has been affected by cervical cancer will tell you, having access to adequate support services - whether that’s emotional, physical or financial - is a huge part of overcoming this disease. In order to understand the needs of women affected by cervical and other gynaecological cancers, the University of Sydney is undertaking research and are asking for your participation. The research will help organisations, like ACCF, develop support services to better address the needs of women with cervical cancer as well as allow health care providers to identify women who need additional support and information as they move through the different stages of their cancer journey. The study invites women who have received a gynaecological cancer diagnosis to complete a 35 min questionnaire, focusing on their emotional, physical, practical, relationship and information needs.
