As promised .. Here we go --DAY 1--- I feel it in my legs, thighs, glutes & ABS!! Bowlers Lunge w/ Crunch --Start w/feet hip width apart --Step right foot behind left into a curtsy --Bring arms over to left side --Bring right knee up to right elbow for a crunch --Take arms UP & OVER to meet knee for crunch --Return to curtsy Repeat 10x Switch to other side Do 3 sets for total body workout Let me know what you think?
