As we all prepare the popcorn for the State of the Union address by the Emperor, I have written a little fiction to exemplify what I call the Situation of the Union of States who agreed to join. Enjoy.... In the beginning was the Alphazets.. The Alphazets were 27 diverse groups of races, each that sprang from the existence of one archetypal figure for each group. In other words, in the VERY beginning, there were only 27 archetype individuals. Each archetype henceforth replicated itself unto it’s kind, each according to the needs of its usage. There was an order to these groups but there was no Rank. Each race was equal. This did not mean that each race was used equally or that the population of each is the same, it just meant that no one race would rule over the other. Sure, since one group began the list, they felt special and since another group ended the list, they likewise felt special. Before the Rebellions, the order was one way and after the last rebellion, the order was changed. The Alphazets grew in numbers and populated the world only to come together when words and sentences were to come into existence. Now one of these groups, the Sans race, started the first rebellion because they were rarely used and very low in numbers. They wanted to reproduce in numbers similar to the other races of higher use. This small faction of the Sans began strapping on explosive vests and running into the A’s, the E’s, the T’s (any of the other aphazets that disagreed with their thoughts) and blowing themselves up. After many attacks and great reductions in the numbers of other alphazets, the rest of the races all decided to exterminate the Sans race. And thus it was, that the Sans letter, small in number to begin with were terminated to extinction. Exterminated. Extinct and to be no more. Now, with this extermination, some innocent Sans were rendered a fate unjustly. Because each member of a race of alphazets looks identical to the other members (fonts had yet to come into existence) there was no method to serve out the sentence justly or with discretion. It wasn’t fair to the remaining Sans, but the danger was thus that the Alphazets solved the problem at the cost of the whole race of Sans. There were then only 26 races of Alphazets. Many lessons were learned from the first rebellion, but not nearly enough. As time went by another rebellion rose up. This time it was a small segment of the Omega’s that became extremist fundamentalists. THE OMEGA REBELLION, came about since the Omegas were the last archetypes in the list of Alphazets and were onced used in a holy phrase that made them think they were chosen above all other alphazets. (notice how the sneaky Delta race tried to slip in a “d” to make a past tense of “once”, which the great god “Spellchequer” has missed, but is rightfully forbidden) The Omegas wanted the species name changed to the Alphaomegs which would signify their importance as the “end” (especially since the Alphas were the first in the list and their named appeared in the species name). Again, a small fraction of Omegas decided to use terrorism to blow up members of the other groups. The remaining numbers of the Omegas had distant memories of the Sans group and feared they too would be exterminated if the extremist fundamentalists of their number were not destroyed. So with the help of the Betas, the Omegas came up with Operation SaveO and plotted to reveal those of the Omega’s that were violent. The Omegas, knowing that if they did not act, the other races would act upon them, went forth and smote those of their number causing the problems. Fortunately, this strategy worked and only a part of the Omegas had to be exterminated and this saved their race. The Betas had come up with the strategy and were rewarded by all the races by changing the name of the species to Alphabet. An oracle of the Saurus god has prophesied that one day all of the Alphabets will make so many laws that one these laws will forbid and restrict the actions of all individual letters and with the next uprising, all races will be powerless to do anything about it as it will be against the law to put down or smite the dangerous letters.
