Believe it or not, most Creole descendants were proud of that portion of blackness within them. And despite the fareness of their they used what portion of whiteness was in them to an advantage for their family and ppl, yet and still not at the expense of their blk heritage. To all the parents with mix children today, dont allow your kids to EVER be ashamed of what portion of blkness theyve inherited from either you, or the other parent. But rather, as did Mr. Adam C. Powell, encourage them to use that prop for the betterment of our ppl, bc the struggle, as you have been witnessing in the media, still continues.
