Biodiversity Treaty was never ratified by the senate because of the public outcry then. We also knew back then it was about stripping our natural resources so a few could line their pockets.... So Now they have decided to do it anyway and un us down like maggots.... Convention on Biological Diversity, done at Rio de Janeiro June 5, 1992, and signed by the United States at New York on June 4, 1993 (Treaty Doc.: 103-20); submitted to Senate November 20, 1993. state.gov/s/l/treaty/pending/
