Ive been baking & cooking so much, Ive lost track...(Ive also lost my mind, but thats beside the point...) lol Did a Sweet 16 bday extravaganza... 4-tiers of filled cakes & 4 dozen cupcakes...and also did another photo bday cake... Had nothing to do with each other, but went to the same place, so that was cool... The Sweet 16 color scheme was turquoise, black & silver, so I did two tiers of blue velvet/black marble cake (looked pretty neat) one w/vanilla filling, I did carrot cake with real cream cheese mousse filling & my french vanilla cake w/strawberry filling...the cupcakes were all those flavors & also filled with the same fillings... The other cake was vanilla w/orange cream frosting... Happy Birthday Macayla & Eric... Hope you had great parties & enjoyed your cakes!!! Now back at it again...cooking & baking for my Uncle Donnies funeral reception this afternoon... :-( Have a peaceful Sunday, All... Hug & kiss your loved ones EVERY CHANCE YOU GET!!! Trust me...
