CHECK INSIDE JAY-Z AND BEYONCES L.A LEASED MANSION Word has it that Beyoncé and Jay Z spent around $200K to lease this Holmby Hills glassy mansion, which was recently offered at $45M, making it around the 10th most expensive home in L.A. The Real Estalker hears that the power couple spent a month at the mansion between the end of their solo tours and the start of their Bonnie and Clyde-ish On the Run tour, which wrapped up in Paris last Saturday. Designed by Quinn Architects and developed by the luxury-focused Milan-based developers at Estate 4, the sleek, 16,000-square-foot abode was finished early this year, and first offered in a non-public listing for $48M in April. The property was listed on the open market in May to some fanfare, and because two of the three listing agents are in Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, it has apparently been prominently featured on the show. Back in July, the LA Times reported that the brokers threw a very forced-sounding, deeply uncool party at the house to help market it, with a red Ferrari Berlinetta, women in little black dresses passing hot and cold hors doeuvres, a violinist, and a saxophone player in attendance. By virtue of their presence, if they did indeed rent the place this summer, Jay Z and Beyoncé made this gallery-like seven-bedroom temporarily cooler than it ever was before, or likely ever will be again. Amenities that come with it are: an infinity pool, wine cellar, a catering kitchen, a large master bedroom with three walk-in closets and a roomy private terrace, a lighted, synthetic grass tennis court, and 6,500 square feet of multi-terraced outdoor living space.
