Chris Latchaw, Mieke Holland Heffernan and Penny Haylett-MinnickI deeply apologize that I had planned on attending Dukefest today at the R.G. Firehall parking lot but I put my back out yesterday trying to load Hunter into the car to take him to the vet and have been having back spasms and pain shooting down leg so I cannot attend. I ask that everyone please take some time today and go check it out. You dont have to have a dog to attend, it is FREE ADMISSION and there are a lot of raffles of beautiful baskets, vendors and crafters will be there and the best thing is this benefits some wonderful organizations for protection of animals. There was a wonderful article in the Good Times describing all that will be going on today so check it out then go on down to the fairgrounds. I wish all the organizers good luck, i pray this another wonderful success in raising funds for all these great organizations. Gonna miss the Muttrimony of the bride and groom pups, hope someone could film it. So if you have a Dog(or cat) load then in the car and take them down for all the fun events.
