The team are looking for a driven and personable telephone clients services account manager to join them and help them to continue to deliver on their targets and company growth. Due to the ongoing success this leading company has in the industry they need account managers to stay in contact with current clients to promote new products and services along with the new online shop and website and build a strong client relationships. Although this role is based dealing with existing clients you must be driven to up sell and sense opportunities and not just order take, building a relationship with your clients and talking down their bespoke needs to alert them to any new promotions. Your role will involve • Contacting all clients on the database on the required frequency. • Advising all clients of all products, services and product pricing. • Up-selling on all orders via promotions. • Liaising with the delivery team to ensure prompt and full deliveries. • Dealing with any customer service issues promptly and efficiently. • Promoting the website to all clients • Seeking referrals of new business through existing sites • Management of the customer data in-line with Gold Standards • Opening & gaining new wholesale accounts • Booking meetings for opportunities with the existing base • Client retention targets If this is of interest please contact our office on 0113 237 3026
