Clinical Facilitators Clinical Facilitators – Centurion, Gauteng KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Personal competencies Clinical education and training including fostering theory application to practice Evaluation and assessment of learner progress Professional role modelling Learner management and support Promoting collaboration Compliance Apply relevant training standards, legislation, policies and regulations Research participation General administration / record keeping INHERENT REQUIREMENTS: Contribute to the delivery of quality nursing care by applying international best practise and: Being responsible for assisting with education and training of learners and administrative processes involved in nursing education and training, including facilitated practical activities Developing programmes and managing continuous professional development of all nurses rendering a service to private hospital Active participation in in-service training and development of permanent nursing staff. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse / Midwife comprehensive clinical nursing experience and clinical credibility as a registered nurse the capacity to plan and organise work schedules, and to maintain standards in a work team Computer Literate Theatre experience essential Clinical teaching experience Assessor qualification would be advantageous A formal qualification in Nursing Education would be advantageous Diploma in Theatre Techniques advantageous Kindly forward a copy updated cv to apply(at)medipath.co.za or call us on 021 448 5958
