Coach @goodo88 of CrossFit 2147 demonstrating better wrist positioning through the push press above head by thinking about punching his knuckles to the ceiling and staying long through his wrist but keeping the arm short in the socket. Brad experiences no pain or strain in the wrist, generates more power in the push and maintains a much stronger position in the lockout. Compared to the left, the video on the right shoes his wrists are in just enough extension to keep the load of the bar over his forearm. Consequently his rep cycle is a lot faster!
