Cough medicine. This is what I do, (caution- do not take this if you take ibuprofen or any NSAIDS of the like.) Honey-Local preferably raw. Lemon-Organic, because you will use the whole thing except the seeds. Ginger-as much as you want. Slice lemon, slice or grate ginger. I have done it both ways & I like the sliced way better. Fill jar with lemon and ginger 3/4 full. Add honey. Fill to top of jar. Put lid on and put in refrigerator for 24 hours. It will thin out, with the lemon in the honey. Ready to consume. You can reuse and add more of lemon ginger and honey to it. Or make a new batch. This is 2nd time around for this one.
