Counts one through four are all regarding backdating. Judge Hunter - TopicsExpress

Counts one through four are all regarding backdating. Judge Hunter did not backdate any documents. Lisa Miller testified she did and Judge Hunter had NOTHING to do with it other than being the Judge the cases were heard before. Backdating was normal procedure in Juvenile Court and this is how she was trained. Count five - hiring her brother who was employed by Juvenile court before she was seated as Judge to work four hours of security. The Judge had nothing to do with this. Avery Corbin communicated with Steven Hunters supervisor to get some much needed security on the floor. This security position was filled before Judge Hunter arrived. I suppose Judge John Williams figured she did not deserve the security. Count six - language same as five but this is regarding accused interference when her brother was fired for defending himself against a juvenile. Judge hunter did not interfere. Did not get any information to Stevens attorney. Steven was fired and she said not a word to anyone regarding what should or should not have happened. Counts seven through nine - theft and misuse of credit card - Judge Hunter used her county issued credit card to pay for filing fees in her official capacity as a Judge. Joe Deters, Jim Harper, and many others used their credit cards outside of the parameters of ORC 301.27. Joe Deters and Jim Harper claim some special privilege, right or exemption from 301.27 because of how their charges are paid and all others were just allowed to use their cards for other reasons. WHATEVER! We should see acquittal on all nine charges. Malicious Prosecution!
