Samir Hasan Judge, Court of Appeal of the capital, took this action after questioning Mursi on the evidence presented in the case, reported state news agency Mena. After the military coup that deposed him on July 3, Mursi unaccounted is retained by the army. Since then, the office has issued several arrest warrants against leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood, including their spiritual guide, Mohamed Badia, for their alleged involvement in violence. Besides being accused of collaborating with Hamas, Mursi is suspected of having attacked facilities security forces, and the assault and burning of the Wadi Natrun prison north of Cairo. He is also suspected of involvement in the murder of some prisoners and police officers, as well as the kidnapping of security officials. Other charges against him are having escaped from the Wadi Natrun prison, to facilitate the escape of other prisoners, to destroy documents to storm the prison and police stations. Mursi was held in Wadi Natrun during the revolution that toppled the regime of Hosni Mubarak in January and February of 2011, but managed to escape after two days of his arrest thanks to the chaos that reigned in the prisons after the rout of the guardians. On July 4, the justice issued an order to prohibit the Mursi leaving the country for allegedly insulting the judiciary along with eight other leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood. Three days ago, the head of the Palestinian Islamist Hamas government in Gaza, Ismail Haniyeh, denied any involvement of his movement in Egypt and called on the media of this country to stop publishing "false" accusations. "Everything published in the Egyptian media that Hamas is involved in the affairs of Egypt is totally incorrect and false.
