(Crawberry Hill Community Protection Camp Eviction) Ok, we all know this coming, lets get our heads together and start preparing. As the date is unconfirmed we only know that it will be around 5 weeks time (Less than that now) when the council backed up by people in hi vis jackets will be visiting us. So we may be looking at the first couple of weeks in January. We need to get on this now and firstly organise bodys on camp, get the numbers up and get the locals on alert and standby. Numbers on camp are vital but also press coverage through which we can share our messages be that vocal, on banners, in chalk, badges, posters, loud hailers etc etc. It might be an idea to address the police directly through posters informing them of how the tories are privatising the force. 34000 police jobs already gone and 34000 more to come, thats 1 in 6...Lets make sure they know how much the government thinks of them as they refuse them pay rises and attack their jobs. This will be a long hardy battle but if we can raise awareness in the police we may make the journey a little easier.......certainly its worth exploring as public apathy still astounds me. A carnival atmosphere would be nice, balloons, colourful clothing, bells, drums, whistles, anything that is happy. The media cant wrongly portray us as hardened trouble causing anarchists if we are all wearing clown noses and carrying balloons. Peaceful non violent carnival action is an option for us. Also we need to get lots of cameras and most importantly livestream cameras on site.......Get it out there in real time. Lets all start now folks, we know what to expect.....But do they?
