DATA ENTRY CLERK – Prestons 12pm – 8pm Due to continued business growth, Scotts Refrigerated Freightways Pty Ltd currently has a vacancy for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join the Customer Support Team based at the Prestons, NSW depot. This is a full time PM shift position with hours from 12pm to 8pm. The role involves reviewing customer order information sent via fax, email and online applications and entering the data correctly into Scotts Transport Management System (TMS), Sapphire. There is also an element of Customer Service as the selected candidate will be required to contact the customer with regard to order information or respond to customer queries as required. We are after a mature individual who has extensive experience working in a Data Entry position with proven ability to accurately enter data. Knowledge of the transport industry and freight movements is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will possess good written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload is essential to succeed in this role.
