DAY SIX!!! I am posting this early...simply because I want to go to bed! ;) Concentrate on your form. Push yourself, but dont sacrifice your form to get there. Lunge as low as you can, kick as high as you can...push yourself to get as much out of each exercise as you can. This routine is only five minutes and each exercise is only one minute....and anyone can do that, right? Challenge yourself...LIVE LIMITLESS! :)
