DC Generals: A number of W&L students and alumni will be running - TopicsExpress

DC Generals: A number of W&L students and alumni will be running in the Rock N Roll half marathon and 5k on Saturday to honor the life of Kelsey Durkin 14. Gingy Dixon 16 and her parents will be setting up a W&L cheer station at the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Calvert Street NW (right at the Woodley Park metro and the 10k marker of the race). Theyll have a white tent with two trident flags hanging to help people identify it. Wed love for our local alums to come out around 8:30am to cheer us on! We realize its early, but theres a Starbucks nearby, and Open City serves great breakfast!
