Dear Megyn Kelly~ Hi Im friends with Charlotte Smith , she and I will be building bracelets for DML. I want to ask for your help with something. I work with Citizen Initiatives as National Assistant Coordinator and Texas State Director. We are advancing The Sovereignty Amendment authored by Charles Kacprowicz .. It is a very powerful piece of legislation with the necessary teeth needed to bring this federal beast back under control of We The People by reminding the feds who the boss is. Passing this Sovereignty Amendment will return the balance of power back to the State Legislatures and the people where it belongs. Mark Levin and CoS (Convention of States) are off track and we must spotlight their flawed theory before we end up with a runaway convention. Charles is a brilliant Constitutionalist with 40 plus years of study. He is a good, humble and God fearing man who has my utmost admiration and respect. He has found the correct way to execute the Article V Convention so that it does not result in chaos and arguments. We believe that binding the delegates to a pre-approved amendment text and corresponding delegate resolution and by holding the delegate accountable to their respective State Legislatures will assure a safe, predictable and successful convention. (The delegates ARE NOT TO BE FREE AGENTS!) COS wants to let the State delegates run helter skelter without a structure for the convention!! A pre-approved amendment text and corresponding delegate resolution will also limit the delegates as to what may be considered and discussed at the convention. Less to argue about. Please contact me as soon as possible. We need the exposure to bring these important points to light and with your star power I have no doubt people will listen. Mark Levin Liberty Amendments and CoS (Convention of States) are getting plenty of exposure but their theory is not sound! I’m terrified they will push thru more bad legislation!! I want to ask you to have Charles Kacprowicz with Citizens Initiatives on your show to highlight a more common sense execution of the Article V convention. An Article V Convention has never been done in American history and I know I need not remind you what dangerous times we are in. We cant afford a mistake. Please help if you would.
