Dec 22nd WOD So...I filmed the whole workout before realizing it cut off!!! Happy Monday to me! We are doing reps today, so you should still get the idea 20 row to uppercut (10 per side, alternating) 12 push-ups to side plank (10 per side, alternating) 20 Bicep curl to overhead press 12 Plank with tricep extension (do all reps on one side, then switch to the other) 15 chest flys (lie flat...arms go out to sides and then up like you are hugging a tree) Sorry for the flub...forgot I had taken some videos of my kiddos during our weekend trip!!
